FREE FAFSA SUPPORT Tuesday, October 17th from 7pm - 8pm

The FAFSA (short for “Free Application for Federal Student Aid”) is a federal form that nearly all colleges and universities use to help determine how much financial aid you and your family are eligible for. It’s created and coordinated by the U.S. Department of Education, and it is safe and secure. It asks questions about how much money your family made (income) and how much money your family paid in taxes for the previous year

Oster Hernandez from College of Western Idaho will be at Vision Charter School tomorrow evening after the STEP AHEAD IDAHO presentation.  He will be available from 7-8 p.m. to assist families with FAFSA questions. All you need is a copy of your 2016 Tax Returns. We will provide the chrome books and support with walking through the FAFSA.

All you will need is a copy of your 2016 Tax returns AND your student! FAFSA support will be focused on filling out the 2018-2019 FAFSA form for students who will be attending college between July 1, 2018 and June 20, 2019
